RESEARCH COLLABORATION

# Bring a real question.
_Build a better workflow._

From the first image to a model you can inspect, every handoff matters. Help us understand where your work needs better tools.

A FOCUSED START

## One task.
A clear way to review it.

1. 01

    **Your question**

What are you trying to inspect, compare or prepare?

2. 02

    **A shared scope**

Which inputs, workstation and checks would make the work useful?

3. 03

    **An honest review**

What worked, what did not, and what needs to change?

WHO WE WANT TO HEAR FROM

## Different perspectives.
Better questions.

You do not need a finished protocol to start a conversation. A well-described problem is enough.

01 / RESEARCH & ENGINEERING

### Examine the model.
Question the method.

Tell us how you compare reconstructions, check geometry or keep track of edits. We want to understand the evidence you need to judge a result.

[Discuss your research ↗](https://www.wellbeingtech.co/contact/?interest=Research%20%26%20engineering&brief=research)

02 / ANATOMY EDUCATION

### Make anatomy
easier to explore.

Help us understand how you teach spatial relationships, prepare demonstration models and guide learners through image-to-model decisions.

03 / IMAGING & MODELLING TEAMS

### Keep the context.
Improve the handoffs.

Show us where your process becomes repetitive, where source information gets lost and which checks matter before a model moves to the next person.

THE CURRENT STARTING POINT

## A working preview.
A defined scope.

[Read the development updates ↗](https://www.wellbeingtech.co/releases/)

PRIVATE PREVIEW

### Inside the current workflow

- Medical image views and segmentation editing.
- Anatomical model inspection and review.
- Saved projects that keep working context together.

Development and installer checks have been carried out on a development machine.

STILL BEING EVALUATED

### The next development steps

- Optional local AI-assisted segmentation.
- Resource management for different tasks.
- Broader input and independent-machine qualification.

Candidate results do not establish support for every study, workstation or use case.

Wellbeing Suite has not been clinically validated and is not for diagnosis or treatment decisions. Public downloads and software sales are not open. Any evaluation access would be agreed separately.

HOW COLLABORATION WORKS

## Start small.
Learn something useful.

A conversation comes first. Where there is a suitable fit, we can discuss a focused evaluation with clear responsibilities and review criteria.

[Tell us about your task ↗](https://www.wellbeingtech.co/contact/?interest=Research%20%26%20engineering&brief=research)

1. 01

    ### Describe the work

Tell us who is involved, the task you need to complete and where your current process becomes difficult. Share workflow context rather than files.

2. 02

    ### Agree what to examine

Discuss the relevant preview capabilities, workstation, suitable example inputs and what a useful outcome would look like. Confirm access and any data arrangements before work begins.

3. 03

    ### Review the result together

For an agreed evaluation, compare the workflow with the question you started with. Record limitations, usability feedback and unexpected results alongside the parts that worked.

4. 04

    ### Choose the next step

Decide whether to refine the task, explore a further collaboration or stop. An enquiry does not commit either side to an evaluation, purchase or partnership.

A USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

## Give us the question.
Keep the data with you.

The enquiry form can start with a short outline for your team to complete.

[Start a collaboration enquiry ↗](https://www.wellbeingtech.co/contact/?interest=Research%20%26%20engineering&brief=research)

### What to include

- Your team and area of work.
- The task you want to inspect, compare or improve.
- The tools and Windows workstation you currently use.
- How you would judge a useful result.

Please do not submit patient scans, patient identifiers or other health information through the website. We can discuss suitable synthetic or public examples and any necessary arrangements first.

BEFORE WE START

## A few practical details.

Can we download the preview now?+

There is no public download. Start with an enquiry so we can discuss fit, current limitations and whether an evaluation is appropriate. Access is not automatic.

Does collaboration include clinical use?+

No. The current preview is for research and education and has not been clinically validated. It must not be used for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Is AI segmentation part of the accepted preview?+

Optional local AI-assisted segmentation is in candidate testing. We would agree the capabilities available for a particular evaluation rather than assume a candidate feature is ready.

What does an evaluation cost?+

Commercial pricing has not been published. Any proposed evaluation scope, access terms, support and costs would be discussed before agreement. Sending an enquiry creates no charge.

Can we discuss a longer-term partnership?+

Yes. Tell us about the research or development question, your team’s contribution and what you would like to explore together. We will start by discussing the fit.
