These terms cover browsing, enquiries and pre-release account services. They do not grant a software licence or constitute an offer to sell a released product. If you enter a separate evaluation or purchase agreement, its terms govern that arrangement.
Product status and intended use
The desktop suite is in development. Current research software has not been clinically validated and must not be used to make diagnostic or treatment decisions. Descriptions of planned features, uses or evaluation routes do not mean those features are available today.
Website illustrations and animations are conceptual. They are not patient scans, screenshots of released software or evidence of clinical accuracy. Educational material is general technical information, not medical advice or professional certification. See our website disclaimer.
Your account
When account access is enabled, use an email address you control and keep access codes private. Give accurate account details and tell us if you believe someone else has gained access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
An account does not automatically include a licence, software download, reserved release date or paid subscription. Access to a future release depends on the written terms and permissions assigned to that account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, send spam or misuse another person’s information. Do not put patient scans, identifiable health records or other sensitive health information into enquiries or support messages.
Use account and download access only as authorised. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue or a legal requirement, and will explain the action where doing so is appropriate and lawful.
Enquiries, prices and purchases
An enquiry is not an order. Prices, release dates, eligibility and commercial licence terms have not been published for the new suite. We do not take payment through this website at this stage.
Before any future purchase, we will provide the applicable price, taxes, billing term, cancellation information, permitted use and support arrangements. No recurring charge will be created merely by opening an account or requesting a quote.
Content and ownership
Website content, branding and original materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may read and share links to these pages. You may print or save pages for personal reference or internal business use, retaining their ownership notices. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless applicable law or a stated licence allows it.
Any software distributed later will carry its applicable licence terms and required notices. Nothing in these website terms removes rights granted by those licences or by law.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but may change content or interrupt access for maintenance, development or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability of general educational content for a particular task.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy, closure and complaints
Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and enquiry information. You can request account closure through the portal or by emailing info@wellbeingtech.co. Records may need to be retained for a lawful reason explained in that policy.
If something is wrong, contact us with the relevant details. Please keep patient information out of any complaint or support request.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. They do not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in a court available to them under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes to an existing account service will be notified appropriately. Separate software or purchase terms will be presented before you agree to them.
